Come out, come out, wherever you are. Most of us recognize Glenda the Good singing this famous line from the Wizard of Oz. The last several months might feel like we’ve been living in a strange new world. We would like to believe it’s time to come out and everything is okay. Well, that’s probably not entirely true. It’s definitely safe to come out, but we need to do it cautiously.
No One Plans to Fail
We all know the old adage that no one plans to fail, but many fail to plan. So for those of you that are business owners or public officials that are starting to reopen you really do need a plan. It’s not simply a matter of this being a new day – new way. Some people think we’re going to immediately stop wearing masks and doing social distancing. We are just going to go back to the way things used to be. Well, that has potential consequences that could go very bad. Either way, it’s good to have a plan to move forward regardless of what might happen. You can never be too prepared. And if you do it smartly and something does happen, you’re covered.
